How does 0800 access work?
0800 access means that when you connect to the internet, your computer dials an 0800 or free-phone number, so there is no charge on your phone bill for the calls you make.

Instead, you pay a monthly subscription fee to pay for your internet access. This means that you get to spend much more time online.

There are four different packages available for business users. The one you choose will depend on the amount of time you want to spend online and when you think you will be using the net.

Your contention ratio is 7:1 and you have dual access support, which means that you can connect through a 128k ISDN line. This will give you much faster download times.	£50.99
Business Unmetered Anytime You can use this service at any time of day or night for up to 200 hours a month for up to two hours at a time. You have a 7:1 contention ratio and can connect through a modem or 64k ISDN line.	£23.50
Business Unmetered Day With this package, you can connect between 8am and 6pm for up to 100 hours a month for up to two hours at a time. You have a 7:1 contention ratio and can connect through a modem or 64k ISDN line.	£18.79

Which package is right for me?
I don't want any restrictions on the time I spend online, and I want an uninterrupted service.	You need the Business Uncontended package.
I want faster download times.	You need the Business Unmetered ISDN 128K package or Broadband
I want to be able to use the service during the day or night, but I don't want to pay extra for a fast connection or a high contention ratio.	You need the Business Unmetered Anytime package.
I will only connect to the net during the day, and I don't need a fast download speed.	You need the Business Unmetered Daytime package.
